I try very hard to deliver integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. I’m a native of East Tennessee and grew up in the Chinquapin Grove community near Bluff City, TN. I am a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Design Graphics and Marketing. I quickly realized my passion and launched a successful real estate career in 2003. My early experience working with land developers in the luxury retirement community industry gave me a unique insight into every aspect of the real estate industry from acquisitions and land planning to lot selection and marketing. Having the opportunity to gain experience in everything from purchasing the land and community layout to building a marketing plan and executing it gave me a perspective not many Realtors in today’s marketplace have. I feel like this is one of the many little things that sets me apart. My devotion to God, my beautiful wife, and three wonderful children are my focus and provide great balance in my life. I’m an athlete by nature and participated in football and track & field in high school and college. I am incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful family! It is, at times, a challenge but what a privilege to have such a high calling. I believe in building strong relationships grounded in honesty, integrity, and trust. This is how I live my life and strive to surround myself with those of like-mind. Listening to what my clients want and need is one of my greatest attributes. I work tirelessly to establish working relationships with several builders, lenders, home inspectors, and other Realtors so as to provide the highest level of customer service possible.
